About the Role:

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping a technical foundation and scaling this product. This role offers a clear path to becoming the CTO as the company grows. You’ll work closely with the founding team and drive the evolution of an MVP into a robust, user-centric platform.

What you will be responsible for:

• Write production-level code while establishing quality standards.
• Build and structure a scalable codebase in Python.
• Integrate and optimize existing tools and systems, replacing them as needed.
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance (GDPR/FinTech practices).
• Design and implement prioritization algorithms and automate manual processes.
• Work closely with customers to prioritize feature development
• Drive the evolution of the no-code stack and make recommendations for new solutions aligned with business goals

We expect that you have:

• Strong full-stack development experience (Python/JS).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean) and their differences.
  Knowledge of deploying ML models and configuring pipelines.
• Experience with database structuring and optimization.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Startup Mindset: Willingness to adapt quickly and embrace ambiguity.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with GDPR and personal data compliance.
• Marketplace development experience.
• FinTech experience (understanding of transactions and payments).

Tech Stack: Dockerized Python APIs on DigitalOcean, Bubble.io, PostgreSQL, n8n.io
