About Us and the Role
Pyminers is a Web3 startup utilising Bitcoin mining powers and ordinals for sharing their hashrate with community of holders. The team is preparing to launch a new subsidiary company in the similar field and is looking for a full-stack senior Bitcoin developer with a leadership potential and good communication skills.
Successful candidate will be offered to join a new company as a Co-Founder after 3-6 months of work.

Key Responsibilities

• lead the design, development, and deployment of an ordinals staking infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient Bitcoin staking processes
• develop and integrate with Bitcoin and Lightning Network protocols, focusing on transaction optimization
• contribute to strategic decision-making, assisting in the architecture and vision for the upcoming subsidiary’s blockchain infrastructure
• act as a key player in product development, shaping the technical roadmap for Bitcoin-based decentralized solutions
• continuously research emerging technologies in the Bitcoin and blockchain ecosystem
• actively communicate with the Founders of Pyminers via messengers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a blockchain developer + a strong portfolio of completed projects
• a history of contributing to open-source blockchain projects, particularly Bitcoin-related ones
• a deep understanding of the Bitcoin ethos, decentralization principles, and the historical evolution of Bitcoin mining and development
• experience with smart contract frameworks and tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat etc.)
• strong understanding of cryptographic principles and security best practices
• familiarity with database management and data storage strategies
• proactiveness, punctuality, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment
• strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

What We Offer

• remote work
• contract based probation period of 3 months followed by a full-time offer as a Co-Founder of a new Ordinals project, based on strong performance
• probation period: $8,000/month
• full-time after probation: to be individually discussed with Founders + equity
• direct collaboration with the Founders
