Job Description
We are looking for a Middle+/Senior React/TypeScript Engineer with a keen eye for design and an aptitude for creating efficient, scalable web applications. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the look and feel of our products, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.

Key Responsibilities
- Development and Design: Build and maintain React applications with an emphasis on good design taste, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
- React Query Integration: Expertly integrate and manage data fetching, caching, and state synchronization using React Query.
- Code Quality and Review: Maintain high standards of code quality and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor other developers, sharing knowledge on best practices in React and TypeScript development.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for speed and scalability.
- Problem-Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Writing tests: Write Unit and E2E tests to improve the code quality and avoiding unexpected issues

‍ Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferable, not required)
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in React and TypeScript development, with a demonstrated track record of incorporating good design principles.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Design Skills: Strong sense of good design and user experience.
- React Query Expertise: Solid experience with React Query for managing server state in React applications.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines.
- Knowledge of state management patterns and libraries (Redux, MobX).
- Understanding of server-side rendering principles and practices.
