An international company SNL GROUP LLC is looking for a Middle Java Software Engineer in Georgia.

We develop software for medium and large businesses. In our company, we're not selecting a person for a particular project, but the project is selected for you according to your skills and background. Also, once you've worked on a project for a year, you have a chance to change the project, in case you'd like to work with a different team or technology.

• Programming, participating in the development of IT projects.

• Support and maintenance of projects.

• Application development: from architecture design to release.

• Interaction with other developers.

• At least 1 year of commercial experience.

• Knowledge of Java Core 1.8+ (core, stream API).

• Knowledge of the Spring framework ecosystem (Core, MVC, Data JPA, Transaction, Security, Cloud, Boot).

• Understanding of the main J2EE stack: JMS, JPA, JMX, Servlets.

• Knowledge of SQL and one of the RDBMS (Posgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc).

• Knowledge and experience in writing unit tests (JUnit, Mockito, etc).

• Knowledge of GRASP, GOF integration templates.

• Knowledge of the REST approach, understanding the differences between SOAP and REST.

• Knowledge of Hibernate or other ORM frameworks.

• Knowledge of Liquibase or Flyway.

• Ability to work with GIT, Maven, Gradle.

• Ability to work in a team and to avoid communication problems.

• Intermediate English or higher.
