Hi! ITS partner is in search of trainee for Go backend team for European project Signify. We develop IoT products. If it’s something you were always interested in and you love Go coding, then send your application.

Signify is the world leader in connected LED lighting systems, software, and services. It transforms buildings, homes, and retail spaces by making the lighting smart and environment-friendly.

You can join a development team that adds a security part to the existing ecosystem: cameras, doorbells, etc. You will work in the international team and deal with IoT and serverless infrastructure developing cloud solutions based on asynchronous messaging approach.

Required skills/competencies:

• Golang at the basic level
• Unit-testing essentials
• Git branching
• Upper-intermediate English.

Beneficial skills:

• Golang idioms
• Enterprise integration patterns
• AWS essentials.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating clear, unit-tested, well-documented code
• Active participation in the team's on-line activities.

Conditions:

• Full-time, duration from 6-9 months.
• First 3 months unpaid, then 200-400 USD scholarship is paid.
• Computer and workplace are provided.
• Flexible time schedule.

Selection stages:

• Test assignment for 1 week.
• Online interview with recruiter.
• Online technical interview.
