Responsibilities:

  • 1st and 2nd level support at Kaluga plant
  • Standard Applications (Office365)
  • Joiner / Mover / Leaver
  • Software provisioning (SCCM execution)
  • Software packaging requests
  • Client hardware (desktop, laptop, tablet, barcode scanner) & peripherals (printer, scanner, copier, fax) installation, maintenance & provisioning
  • Hardware order process
  • VoiP telephony and cordless
  • Network support (LAN)
  • Monitoring (Nagios)
  • Mobile devices (Smartphones)
  • IT Introduction & training
  • Team member of local projects
  • Local contact for Platform Services
Requirements:
  • Relevant educational qualifications (e.g. Degree in Computer Science)
  • Optional: trainings for Microsoft (MCP level) and Cisco (CCNA Discovery)
  • ICT service operations
  • basic ITIL knowledge
  • Broad technical skills hardware, OS & software (Microsoft, mobile devices)
  • Basic technical skills Server OS, network, storage (SAN, NAS)
  • Basic application architecture know-how
  • Good analytical abilities
  • Independent, but with team skills for dealing with IS specialists and key users
  • Open and communicative, likes dealing with people (telephone)
  • English language level is upper-intermediate (written and oral)
