Responsibilities:

• Drive analysis and evaluation of financial technology instruments, algorithms, trading platforms, and risk management tools.
• Collaborate with financial and quantitative analysis teams to address technology needs.
• Develop and implement a strategic vision for continuous improvement of financial technology solutions.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Assess and recommend emerging technologies for maintaining our competitive edge.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Create user interfaces and backend services for web and mobile applications.
• Update and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Manage and maintain database systems with a focus on data integrity and security.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure coherent application development.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications and fix bugs to enhance performance.
• Ensure high-quality code standards and integrate best practices in development processes.
• Provide technical support for developed applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code and technical processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in IT or engineering from leading foreign universities preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or fintech industry.
• Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
• Proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js).
• Experience with server-side languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, Express.js, Django, Rails).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Skills in API development and integration (RESTful, GraphQL).
• Understanding of web architecture and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with DevOps, deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of ChatGPT and AI Prompting is a plus.
